As a SHRM-SCP HR professional, I offer consulting services for businesses, large and small, ranging from administrative support to high-level change management, system redesign, and training and learning & development iniatitives. 

And yes, if you're wondering, "Earthseed" indeed does come from Octavia Butler's two wonderful books, The Parable of the Sower & The Parable of the Talents.
